Sometimes haiku arrives serendipitously. My grandson is suddenly into superheroes and Batman is his current favorite. He built an elaborate and very secret hideout in my basement playroom on Sunday. I only had daughters so this is all new to me. Needless to say, I’m loving it!
What a humorful haiku Wabi. Very nice and so real.

Of course they do. Right now, though, I’m overrun with little boys … and they provide me with many haiku moments! (and loads of joy)
