These are dinner guests here!! Probably the sun keeps them indoors during the day!! 🙂 LikeLike Reply
They used to only bite at dusk here, but lately we have been visited by a new variety of mosquito, one that is out and about all day and they LOVE me! ________________________________ LikeLike Reply
malaria!?! That’s a French word (mal = bad, aria = opera; thus “bad opera”!) Certainly the sound they make. 😉 LikeLike Reply
Thank goodness we don’t have to worry about malaria! We do have West Nile Virus, however, although it is rare. ________________________________ LikeLike Reply
Great haiku…but hate mosquitoes. I must not taste good cuz can’t remember the last time I had a bite. *Knocking on wood* LikeLike Reply
I thought they fancied dinners, I guess the brave ones love lunch too… loved this Haiku bite 😀 LikeLike Reply
I can empathise with this one as creepy crawlies and flying things just love to eat me alive! LikeLike Reply
Gotta love how these pests surreptitiously drain our veins and foil all of our attempts to avoid them. (How do they know exactly where on my body my OFF spray ran out?!) Thanks for pondering LUNCH from another perspective. 🙂 LikeLike Reply
